SHIPPING/COLLECTION
Local shipping
We deliver in South Africa at R110. Delivery takes 3-5 working days, excluding waiting time for pre-orders which are approximately 7-21 working days. Individual waiting times are listed on each product.
Collections are available by appointment at our Show room in Newtown, Johannesburg.
Items must be collected within 7 working days. Uncollected items will result in a cancelled order and refund or storage will be charged

International shipping
We deliver international, please send us your full address to obtain a quote. Diferent regions of the world are charged differently
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Our return policy is 14 days. After 14 days since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with swing tags attached.
To return your product, please email your return request and reason for return to info@richfactory.co.za
Returns are at the expense of the customer.
NO refunds on custom made garments
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different size, please email us at info@richfactory.co.za and send your item to:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to size and print availability at the time of purchase. Additional waiting times may apply.
We do not accept exchanges for custom orders.
Fabric selection and confirmation is final and cannot be changed at a later stage.
ALTERATIONS
The turnaround time for alterations is 7/14 working days. We can only accommodate minor alterations; any additional work will be at the customer's expense. We only provide alterations for products purchased within the last 14 working days.
