What to Know (FAQ) Before you order, here’s what makes your Ri.Ch piece truly special.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! If your country isn’t listed at checkout, just email us at info@richfactory.co.za and we’ll arrange a custom shipping quote.

⏳ How long will my order take?

We work slowly and intentionally, producing each piece with care.
Unless marked “ready to ship,” your garment is made-to-order, which takes 7–10 working days, depending on complexity and queue.

Shipping then takes an additional 3–5 working days for local orders.

♻️ Are you a sustainable brand?

We believe in sustainability as a way of being — not just a trend.
That means:

• We produce in small batches

• We avoid fashion waste

• We design with longevity and joy in mind
  Many of our pieces are made only when ordered, so nothing goes to waste.

🧵 Do you offer alterations?

Yes — but minor alterations only.
These include hemming, small adjustments, and light tailoring.
Alterations take 7–14 working days and are only available on purchases made in the last 14 days.

📀 How do I choose the right size?

We offer sizes from XS to XXXL. A size chart is available on each product page.
Please note: due to the additional fabric and time involved, XL and above may carry a slightly higher price. This reflects our commitment to fit every body with fairness and respect.
