A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of being invited to attend, showcase, and enjoy the inaugural Vic Falls Food & Wine Festival. A dream, right?
Well—yes and no. Because my luggage never arrived. 😂 (Remind me to share my “What To Do When Your Luggage Ghosts You” travel tips soon.)
Luckily, the one bag that did make it had a now-iconic piece inside: the Boubou T-shirt.
I wore mine for the Royal Livingstone Express train ride—paired with pajama shorts (yes, truly). But that top made the whole outfit feel luxe, bold, and intentional. And now? It’s having a moment.
One Ri.Ch Aunty took hers to Rio Carnival. Another wore it to Bushfire Festival in Eswatini.
The Boubou T-shirt is officially on tour.
It’s giving easy-to-pack, easy-to-wear, hard-to-forget. It’s giving confidence.
It’s giving Zimbabwe.
